LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police say a Palmyra couple wrote a fraudulent check from their employer.
Officials say a Harrison County business owner contacted police for a theft investigation.
Police say two of his employees, 48-year-old David Haycraft and his wife, 50-year-old Vanessa Haycraft, stole a check and cashed it at the Clarksville, Ind., Sam's Club for more than $600.
The suspects were arrested Tuesday and charged with forgery, check fraud, theft and false informing.
David and Vanessa Haycraft are being held in the Clark County Jail.
