YUM! Brands, Inc. celebrates their 16th anniversary as a company with another "Founder's Day Hunger Drive Thru".

On Friday, October 4th from 5am to 2pm, you can drive through the Yum! Brands campus at 1441 Gardiner Lane and drop off canned goods to benefit the Dare to Care Food Bank.

Expect cake, the J-Town HS marching band, mascots, music and more fun.

The goal is to collect 16,000 pounds of food to commemorate 16 years.

The challenge is for everyone to bring 16 canned goods.

YUM! Brands has donated $10 million dollars to Dare to Care Food Bank and 40 Million Meals over the last 10 years.

While World Hunger Relief is the global effort to end hunger, the need starts in our own community.

One in five children in Kentucky is at risk of going to bed hungry tonight.

The official founding day of the world's largest restaurant company is October 7th.
