LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- You soon may be able to hunt at Indiana deer farms. The state's Department of Natural Resources is studying a southern Indiana judge's ruling that throws out the state's ban on enclosed deer hunting farms.
Plaintiff Rodney Bruce of the Whitetail Bluff Deer Farm in Corydon says the ruling will allow him to compete with similar operations in other states.
A DNR spokesman says the agency finds the ruling by a Harrison Circuit Judge disappointing. He says an Owen County judge sided with the agency last November in a separate lawsuit.
