LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB)- The Kentucky Republican Women's Roundtable Forum was held at the Crowne Plaza in Louisville on Saturday.

The theme of the forum was "Step Up".

Kentucky panelists included Kentucky State Senator Julie Denton; Kentucky State Senator Sara Beth Gregory; The Honorable Joy Moore, Kentucky Court of Appeals; Courtney T. Baxter, Commonwealth's Attorney for the 12th Judicial District and Jefferson County Clerk Bobbie Holsclaw

National panelists included Peggy Grande, former personal assistant to President Ronald Reagan; Ruth Sherlock and Leslie Gaines, partners at Sherlock & Gaines Consulting Group and Alexandra Smith, national chair of the College Republican National Committee.

"We want women across the state and across the country and the message that we can serve, to appeal to other women," says Cathy Bailey with the Kentucky Republican Women's Roundtable.

The Kentucky Republican Women's Roundtable is also a resource for social and political networking- and encourages women to run for public office.
