LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- What has become Halloween season is back.
"It's definitely become an even larger holiday than when I was a kid," Owner of the Devil's Attic,Jason Besemann said
A lot of that has to do with the creepy shows that keep people interested in months that aren't October.
"Stuff that's on TV, 'American Horror Stories' and the 'Walking Dead,' those really help to bring Halloween together all year round," Besemann said.
"Devil's Attic," on West Hill Street is cashing in on the craze. It's one of the places already open for business this year. From the outside, the appearance of the building itself will get you in the mood. The inside is even better with something around every corner that you won't see coming.
"One thing that we strive to do here is make people feel alive, and one way to do that is by scaring you," Besemann explained.
That they're doing with scenes out of "The Exorcist" and "Texas Chain Saw Massacre," and with characters like Lucifer, himself.
"They're going to see the evilest of evil. This is my top collection of souls that I've been storing up since the beginning of time," "The Devil" said.
Devil's Attic will open again next Friday and Saturday. Tickets to get in are $17.
