Louisville introduced itself to the Atlantic Coast Conference with authority, dominating Miami in the second half for an opening-game victory.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A traffic stop for expired tags ended with a Louisville mother being arrested.
Police say Tara Cummings had her daughter in the car when she was pulled over on Manslick Road around 7 p.m. Oct. 13.
Court records say she admitted to using heroin just two hours earlier.
Police say Cummings had confused speech and dilated eyes.
She remains in Metro Correction this morning facing wanton endangerment, various drug charges and that registration violation.
No word on the child's age, but we do know she is now with other family members.
