Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Metro council members vote on an ordinance that would limit which retailers can sell liquor in Louisville between 2 and 4 a.m.
Some council members say limiting the time of package liquor sales would lead to a reduction in crime in parts of the city.
But despite several amendments to the ordinance - it wasn't passed out of the public safety committee tonight.
Still - the idea isn't dead yet.
The committee sent the ordinance back to old business.
