LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- MetroSafe says James Henry West, subject of Louisville's latest Golden Alert, was located Wednesday evening. He is safe and unhurt.
According to the alert, James Henry West suffers from dementia and has other medical issues requiring daily medication. He was last seen Tuesday, Oct. 29, at approximately 4 p.m., leaving Norton Audubon Hospital on Poplar Level Road, near McKinley Avenue, in a silver 2008 Ford Escape. The registration number on the Kentucky license tag is 731-JVP.
At the time, West was wearing a white ball cap, with a blue and grey plaid shirt and grey dress pants.
He is a white male, is approximately 5'-9" tall and weighs 180 lbs.
Authorities canceled the Golden Alert about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday.
