POLICE: Man cited for keeping too many fish at Cherokee Park
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was cited for catching and keeping too many fish at Cherokee Park, according to a police citation.
The citation indicates that the incident took place on Oct. 22. Authorities say 40-year-old Dmitri Shtapov was in possession of six trout, which is one trout over the limit of five.
Kentucky Fish and Wildlife charged him with exceeding the creel / size limits for fish, and he is now scheduled to appear in court later this month. He was not arrested.
