Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - H&M will open its first area location at noon Thursday in the Oxmoor Center in Louisville. The opening will include a DJ who will be playing music for customers.
The first 200 shoppers in line will get an all-access fashion pass valued up to 300 dollars.
The Swedish-based retailer concept is to offer fashion and quality at lower prices than competitors.
The Oxmoor Center will open Thursday morning at 10 a.m.
