LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The inaugural Louisville Fight For Air Climb was announced Wednesday morning.  It's considered a fun way to test your physical strength, stamina, and lung power.

The elite climbers are those who can run up 38 floors in four minutes or less.  There is also a "climb at your own pace" and a "firefighter and first responder challenge," so they climb with gear on.

Some will be climbing in honor of loved ones affected by lung disease.  Kentucky leads the nation in lung cancer.

The Fight for Air Climb will be held at the National City Tower in downtown Louisville on February 1st.
