LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Golden Alert has been issued for a Campbellsville, Ky. man.  55-year-old John Kessinger left home at about 1:00 Wednesday.  He was last seen in the RussellCounty/Jamestown area about 9:00 Wednesday night, but is now believed to be out of the area.

Kessinger is said to be walking, and was last seen wearing dark pants and a dark shirt with "Got Jesus" written in white, along with a Notre Dame jacket.

Kessinger is white, 5'11", 160 lbs., with hazel eyes and gray hair.

He has said previously he was going to Tennessee to tend to a farm, but the family does not know of such a farm.  He has family in Dandridge, Tennessee, but has had no contact with family members in several years.

Police say Kessinger is delusional and possibly suffering from the early stages of dementia.
