LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Fray rocked out at Kosair Children's Hospital Friday morning to raise money for children.

The kids couldn't get enough of dancing to The Fray, with the band members donning superhero capes and masks.  Several radio stations were broadcasting live from the hospital lobby to raise money during a two-day radiothon.

Donations will go to many things, including end of chemo parties, musical instruments for therapy, and the neonatal intensive care unit.

Scoring The Fray to perform was a bonus, as George Lindsey of 102.3 The Max explains:  "We had an idea to do a concert for the kids.  They do a lot of stuff...it doesn't get any better."

The radiothon raised a total of $250,000.
