LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man has been accused of holding up a Walmart clerk with a syringe.

According to an arrest report, the incident took place on Thursday, Dec. 6, just after 12:00 p.m., at the Walmart on Dixie Hwy., near Lower Hunters Trace.

Police say 51-year-old Brent Falin tried to make a purchase at the service counter, when he got into an argument with a store clerk. Police say he then pulled a syringe from his pants pocket and told the clerk, "I already killed three people today. I'll kill you. Give me the money."

The clerk told the man to leave, but he refused, according to the arrest report. Louisville Metro Police officers were called to the store, and allegedly found him still inside the business, with a syringe in his pants pocket.

He was taken into custody and charged with first degree robbery, according to the arrest report.
