LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two people have been arrested after police say they attacked three victims in an apartment, recording the attack on a phone.

According to arrest reports, the attack took place on Nov. 24 on Noe Way, near the corner of Hikes Lane and Furman Blvd.

Police say 19-year-old David Hylton and 18-year-old Mykeya Pruitt walked into the apartment without permission and assaulted three people inside, shoving them to the ground and punching and kicking them.

Hylton allegedly recorded video of the assault on his phone.

They then took three cell phones from the victims and fled, according to the arrest report. Police say all of the victims suffered injuries and one of them had to be taken to University Hospital for treatment.

Both Hylton and Pruitt were arrested on shortly before 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5. They've been charged with first degree robbery.
