SEYMOUR, Ind. (WDRB) -- Roads in Seymour, Ind. were covered with about an inch of snow as of Friday morning.
Many drivers found that while the snow would easily brush off their windshields and windows, underneath was a layer of ice that took a scraper to remove.
One driver, Rob Ludke, told WDRB's Kelly Davis, "Now it seems like it's wet, but you can't run full-speed, windshield wipers are icing up, so we're going to keep rolling slow, probably 50, 55 miles an hour if that."
Snowplows were out hoping to clear the roads before the next round of weather was to come in later Friday.
