LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 23-year-old Louisville man is accused of engaging in sexual activities with a 15-year-old girl after the two became acquainted through a social media app designed for smart phones.
Josie Les Smith was arrested Wednesday at Dixie Highway and Rockford Lane just before 6 p.m. Dec. 19.
According to the arrest report, the alleged victim told police she met Smith via a smart phone messaging app called Kik.com.
The teen told police she met Smith, engaged in oral sex with him, and that he fondled her. She also told police that Smith asked her to send him nude photos.
The victim says Smith used his phone to send her pictures of his "private area."
Police say they arrested Smith after he admitted meeting the victim for sex.
Smith is now facing several charges including sodomy, sexual abuse, and using electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual activity.
