Registered sex offender behind bars after alleged probation violation
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A registered sex offender is back behind bars for allegedly violating his probation.
"T-J" Michael Chaddic was back in court in Louisville Monday morning.
Chaddic recently pleaded guilty to second degree sexual assault for an incident involving an 11-year-old girl.
The father of that victim claimed Chaddic was using social media to find more victims. In court, the judge revoked his probation and he was taken away in handcuffs.
He was ordered to serve 12 days in jail, then be released on home incarceration. He also will undergo a mental health evaluation.
A judge added a condition that he not have any smartphones.
