LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There's more on the line than just pride when UK and U of L play Saturday on the basketball court.
Mayor Greg Fischer of Louisville and Mayor Jim Gray of Lexington are putting a friendly wager on the game. The winning mayor gets to show off his hometown racetrack.
Fischer is confident he will host at Churchill, pointing to the Cards' superior teamwork, experience and quickness.
But Gray predicts he'll be throwing the party at Keeneland, and notes that Kentucky has won twice as many of the matchups as Louisville.
The two mayors will sit together for the game at Rupp Arena on Saturday.
