LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say a Louisville man was arrested after he stole surveillance cameras from a local business.
The crime was captured on surveillance, according to an arrest warrant.
The alleged incident took place on April 6, 2013. Police say 38-year-old Anthony J. Robertson visited the Dorsey's 24-hour Self Serve & Automatic Car wash on New Cut Road, near Bakers Lane. While there, he allegedly took four security video cameras from the business.
"The incident was captured on video surveillance," an arrest warrant states.
Police say Robertson was identified after his vehicle was captured on video at the scene. He was allegedly tracked down after his vehicle registration and previous mugshots were obtained.
Police say the business owner lost $2,400 from the crime.
Robertson was arrested on Dec. 31, 2013. He is charged with theft by unlawful taking.
