Norton Healthcare & KORT evaluate those who want to start exercising

Getting started with a New Year's Resolution of getting fit can be tough.

Keith Kaiser visited the experts at Norton Healthcare and the Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team to see how to get off on the right foot.

Pushing yourself to fast to soon can discourage you from working out with aggravating soreness and injuries.

Walking can be a great way to start an exercise routine.

They will go over with Keith the results from his functional movement screening, and discuss what these results mean for someone who wants to begin a training program.

KORT can mention how the public may go through this training as well and how it helps to see a physician or get some type of testing before starting any program.
