Louisville man accused of city's first homicide in 2014

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police have made an arrest in Louisville's first murder of the new year.

Justen Tandy is behind bars, charged with complicity to commit murder.

According to arrest reports -- officers say Tandy and an accomplice robbed 34-year-old Brian Przybylek in the Guardian Court Apartments, near Preston Highway, north of Fern Valley Road.

Police found Przybylek shot in a hallway. He died shortly after help arrived.
