Description: WDRB-WMYO TV is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its sales department. Will perform a moderate range of duties providing support to the sales managers and staff. Duties include answering telephones, distributing mail, copying, faxing, maintaining confidential files, generating and printing documents and reports, maintaining office supply inventory, and planning and assisting with client meetings, luncheons and other events.
Desired Requirements: Skill with MS PowerPoint would be a plus.
Minimum Requirements: The person in this position must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and work independently. Minimum 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience. Must be fluent in MS Office with a high skill level for Word and Excel. Must have excellent written and verbal (both face-to-face and phone) communication skills. E-mail cover letter and resume to:
