LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police have arrested a second suspect in Louisville's first murder in 2014.
According to LMPD spokeswoman Alicia Smiley, LMPD homicide detectives arrested a 17-year- old Wednesday night. His name was not released because he is a juvenile.
He's charged with murder and robbery in the death of Brian Przybylek.
Przybylek was killed on Jan. 5 when police say he showed up for what he thought was a drug deal.
Instead police say the juvenile and his alleged accomplice, 19-year-old Justen Tandy, planned to rob Przbylek.
Przbylek was shot once during the struggle.
Tandy has already pleaded not guilty and is being held on a $1 million bond.
