VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – January 9, 2014 -Nevada Clean Magnesium, Inc. (TSXV: NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTC Pink Sheets: MLYFF) (the “Company”) announces that it has granted 6,860,000 incentive stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan for its directors, officers, advisors and consultants. The options are exercisebale at a price of $0.11 per share for a five-year term.
Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of the grant. This stock option grant is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
