LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Louisville woman was arrested after police say she stole toilets, sinks and other items from a rental property where she had been operating a business.

Tanita Bush is accused of stealing multiple items from the building on West Broadway, according to a police report. The police report says the property belongs to GP Enterprises.

Bush was evicted from the property. She is accused of removing several items from the property including toilets, sinks, a hot water heater, emergency lighting and smoke detectors.

According to a police report, Bush was sent a text message regarding the missing items and admitted that she took the property, but said the items belonged to her.

When Bush signed her lease, there was a clause stating that all improvements made to the property were to remain in the building, according to an arrest report.

Bush was arrested and charged with theft.
