Eastern H.S. dedicates new and improved building

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Eastern High School is showing off a new and improved building.

School leaders joined students to dedicate the $31 million construction and renovation project. It includes a media center addition, a new auditorium and the space for 13 much-needed classrooms.

The Main Street corridor was also improved so students can go between buildings and the gym without having to go outside.

Other features also include new ceilings, lights, hallway tile and a full HVAC replacement.
