LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two people have been arrested after police found multiple hypodermic needles, along with drug paraphernalia, in an Austin, Indiana home, according to a news release.

On Tuesday at 11:30 p.m., troopers from Indiana State Police post in Sellersburg, along with members of the Austin Police Department, searched a home on North St., near N. Church St., in Austin.

While searching the home, police say they found multiple hypodermic needles, as well as other drug paraphernalia.

A resident of the home, 34-year-old Jennifer Fox, and a visitor, 32-year-old Jeremy W. Rice, were arrested. Fox was charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a hypodermic needle. Rice was charged with visiting a common nuisance and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Both were taken to the Scott County Jail, according to the news release.
