LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Five people have been arrested after police found a meth lab in Carroll County.
According to a news release from the Kentucky State Police Post in Campbellsburg, it happened Monday in the 700 block of 11th Street in Carrollton. That's where troopers executed a search warrant after receiving information that there was a meth lab at the home.
During the search, troopers found the meth lab in an outside building, along with ingredients used to make meth.
52-year-old Grant Cobb, 26-year-old Megan O'Connor, 45-year-old Elizabeth Puckett were all arrested on various drug charges. Puckett was already wanted on a warrant for writing cold checks.
31-year-old Jennifer Lainez and 25-year-old Tommy Floyd were not home at the time that the others were arrested, but police caught up to them Tuesday. They're now facing various drug charges.
Police say this is an ongoing investigation and they expect more arrests to follow.
