BROWN COUNTY, Ind. (WDRB) -- The trial for the former manager of the Little Nashville Opry House is set to start this week.
James Bowyer is accused of setting the music hall on fire in September of 2009 in an attempt to claim $3 million in insurance money.
The 77-year-old is charged with arson and arson with intent to defraud.
Bowyer's lawyers argue he had no reason to burn the business since he wasn't listed on the insurance.
