LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Clarksville judge was arrested for drunk driving after police say he hit two parked cars and a fence.

Louisville Metro Police say 32-year-old Mickey Weber was arrested early Thursday on Lexington Road and they say he admitted to having "too many beers from Headliners." The accident took place less than a mile from the bar and music venue.

Weber is a Clarksville Town Judge who regularly handles drunk driving cases.

According to Police, the accident caused over $1,000 in damage.

Police say he refused to provide blood and urine samples and was not cooperating at the time of his arrest. Weber is charged with criminal mischief and operating under the influence.
