Spicy BLT Dip
1 10 oz. can Ro*tel tomatoes, drained
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pound bacon, cooked until crisp and then crumbled into small pieces
1 head of lettuce
Cracked black pepper
1.Cut the head of lettuce and hollow it out to make a bowl.
2. Chop the lettuce you took out of the "bowl" finely and set aside.
3.Mix the mayo, sour cream, crumbled bacon, drained Rotel, and 1 cup of the chopped lettuce.
4.Taste and then add salt and several grinds of cracked black pepper as needed.
5.Spoon into the lettuce bowl and refrigerate until serving.
6.Serve with baguette slices, pita chips, tortilla chips, or a spoon!
