Buffalo Chicken Cups - Gabby Harvey, WDRB in the Morning Assoc. producer

GABBY HARVEY, WDRB IN THE MORNING ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Buffalo Chicken Cups

2 cans of shredded chicken

1 block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

½ bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce (mild or hot, according to taste)

½ cup of Ranch Dressing

Shredded Cheese

2 cans of Grand's Biscuits 

Cupcake Pan

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing in a bowl.

Mix well.

Place one layer of a biscuit in each cupcake opening- press down.

Fill each with a heaping spoonful of mix.

Top with shredded cheese. (and hot sauce for added flavor)

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the wrappers are golden brown and cheese is melted.
