Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Could this be the year for a statewide smoking ban in Kentucky?
A House committee will consider the latest proposal Thursday afternoon -- and for the first time, a bill has also been filed in the Senate.
Both would ban smoking in the workplace and in most public places.
Private homes would not be affected unless they are used for child care or adult daycare.
The smoking ban has the support of Ky. Gov. Steve Beshear.
