ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say the woman who drove through the front of an Kroger in Elizabethtown Wednesday intentionally drove into another Kroger store more than a decade ago.

Elizabethtown police say 52-year-old June A. Blocker drove a 2006 4-door Lincoln over the sidewalk and into the building around 3 p.m., striking a cash register and injuring two people.

It happened at the Kroger on Dolphin Drive, near the intersection of North Mulberry Street and Ring Road.

Police tell WDRB that Blocker pulled a similar stunt in 1999 when she drove a vehicle into another E'town Kroger at a different location.

Police say two people suffered minor injuries as a result of the car crashing through the store.

Blocker is charged with DUI, assault, wanton endangerment and criminal mischief. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to call the Elizabethtown Police Department. The number is at (270) 765-4125.
