LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A collie found shot in the face and severely emaciated is now in the care of The Arrow Fund.
Lad, an 8-month-old collie, was found in Owensboro, Ky., Sunday after he was shot in the face, displacing his jaw.
The Arrow Fund, a non-profit seeking to raise awareness about animal abuse, is now caring for the dog, but he faces a long recovery.
Authorities are looking for the persons responsible for shooting the collie.
