LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- LMPD investigators have arrested a man accused of pointing a gun at a 16-year-old cashier during a restaurant robbery in 2012.
According to the arrest warrant, it happened in late November of 2012. That's when police say 29-year-old Bobby Aldridge, along with a co-defendant, walked into the Las Gorditas Restaurant in the 4700 block of Bardstown Road with a gun.
Aldridge allegedly pointed the gun at a 16-year-old employee and demanded the business cash. After receiving the money, both men ran from the business and into a waiting vehicle driven by a third accomplice.
According to police, a witness saw the men leaving and was able to give police a partial plate number.
Officers tracked down an address based on the plate number and description of the car. While officers were at the home, the suspect, identified in the arrest warrant as Kyle Paisley, drove past in the same car believed to have been used in the robbery.
Police arrested Paisely, and say he admitted his involvement in the crime. Through investigation, a detective was able to obtain Aldridge's information as one of the men who entered the restaurant.
