LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Valentine's Day is a huge day for local restaurants, weather permitting of course.
Many, like Louis Le Francais in southern Indiana, are booked solid for Friday night. Today, owner Louis Retailleau was already in the kitchen working on tomorrow night's meal.
The dining room was also decorated for the event.
It's good for business when Valentine's Day falls on a Friday because those who can't get a table tomorrow celebrate on Saturday, or even Sunday.Besides true love, Retailleau says Valentine's Day means patrons can celebrate the beginning of the end of winter, long overdue this year.
