LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- PacMan, Rubic Cubes, neon glow sticks, boomboxes, MTV, neon lighting relive the glory days at the "Flashback to the 80s Celebration."
Laura Coffman and Teara Osterhage explain how the night of dinner, dancing and auctions will benefit St. Gabriel the Archangel Elementary School.
Attendees are invited to wear their best 80's gear and dance the night away to the music of Madonna and Cyndi Lauper.
Think big hair, punk rock, tight jeans and some really bad dancing from 400 adults.

About St. Gabriel the Archangel:
St. Gabriel the Archangel is a neighborhood elementary school of 750+ students and is a non-profit organization.
The event consists of dinner, live and silent auctions, music and dancing. All proceeds directly benefit the school's children by providing the necessary funds to further enhance school programs, improve building maintenance and continue to improve curriculum. In past years, this event has helped raise funds for mobile computer labs, laptops, Smart boards, and audio systems in every classroom, as well as upgrades and enhancements to our special area classes (art, music, P.E., etc.). These advanced tools and resources ensure a better learning environment and keep St. Gabriel on the leading edge to provide for our students and their education.
