LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Kentucky Derby Festival is bringing two big names to the Waterfront Jam.

The Fray headlines the Kroger Fest-a-Ville on the Waterfront on Thursday, May 1st with The Mowgli. And "American Idol" winner Scotty McCreery will headline on Oaks night, May 2nd. Tickets are $22.50 in advance per show and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, February 28th.

The Fray is releasing their fourth album, Helios, this spring. The Denver-based band is best known for hits like "Over My Head (Cable Car)" and "How to Save a Life," which went double platinum.

McCreery made Billboard chart history with his platinum selling debut album. He'll be joined by Cassadee Pope, winner of "The Voice" Season 3, who just released her first country album "Frame by Frame."
