LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - The woman accused of crashing her car into an Elizabethtown Kroger appeared in court Tuesday morning.
June Blocker, 52, is in court in Hardin County, and is expected to answer to charges of attempted murder, driving under the influence, assault, and wanton endangerment.
Police say Blocker drove through the front doors of a Kroger earlier this month and injured two people inside the store.
Officials say Blocker did the same thing at another Kroger store 15 years ago.
In court this morning, the judge denied Blocker's request for a public defender, meaning she will have to hire her own attorney. She'll be back in court next month.
Blocker has been in the Hardin County jail on a $50,000 bond.
