Boil water advisory lifted for Goshen residents

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A boil water advisory has been lifted for Louisville Water customers in Goshen after a water main break Monday.

Louisville Water officials say the break occurred Monday evening at the Goshen Animal Clinic on U.S. 42. A boil water advisory was issued as a precaution for customers.

The advisory remained in effect after the main was repaired Tuesday.

LWC officials say customers should allow automatic ice receptacles to fill twice and water lines on refrigerators to run for one minute before using.
