LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville woman is accused of causing thousands of dollars in damage to an ATM in Louisville.
According to the arrest warrant, it happened around 4:00 Wednesday afternoon. That's when police say 38-year-old Victoria Payne Kannah "threw a rock or brick multiple times" at the ATM located at the PNC Bank at 5021 S. 3rd Street. A bank official reported the incident, which was captured on surveillance video, according to police.
This isn't the first time Kannah has been accused of damaging an ATM. According to the arrest warrant, she "has been arrested multiple times in the past for the exact same type of incidents," and has already been ordered to appear in court on March 6 on similar charges.
Police say the cost of the damages to the ATM exceeds $5,000.
Kannah was arrested and charged with one count of criminal mischief.
