Workers to begin removing Corvettes from sinkhole at National Corvette Museum
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The process of removing Corvettes swallowed up by a sinkhole will begin next week.
Construction crews at the National Corvette Museum plan to remove three Corvettes that fell into the sinkhole. Eight cars were damaged when they were swallowed up earlier this month in Bowling Green.
Workers have concerns about removing the 1962 black Corvette. A five-ton concrete slab is resting against that car.
Workers hope to have the first three cars out by Wednesday.
