LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- New evidence was released Friday in the case of a Kohl's employee charged with murdering her newborn baby.

According to the evidence, Lindsay Williams, a Kohl's supervisor, told investigators she offered to take Jessica Price to the hospital when she witnessed her hunched over and cramping last August at the Standiford Plaza Drive store.

Price said she needed to leave to go to the hospital, according to court records.

Williams says, "That's when I said, 'You don't look like you are in any condition to even drive. You are shaking. You look flushed, white,'" Williams says Price told her, "I'm going to the bathroom."

Police say the baby girl appeared to be full-term and healthy and Price has, "acknowledged the possibility of suffocating the baby" she delivered in the Kohl's bathroom.

Her co-workers told police she left the store and returned to work two hours later.
