LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police arrested a Louisville man after they say he caused a problem at a south end pizzeria

According to an arrest report, officers were sent to Spinelli's Pizzeria in the 8600 block of Dixie Highway around 4:30 Thursday morning after reports of a disorderly person "fighting with staff and breaking stuff."

When officers arrived, they found 27-year-old Shawn Hobbs in the passenger seat of a vehicle in the parking lot. Staff members told police Hobbs had been causing trouble by "smashing beer glasses and screaming and yelling." Spinelli's staff told officers this was not the first time Hobbs has caused problems there.

Hobbs told officers he had been drinking all night, and had a nearly empty bottle of Jim Beam. According to the arrest report, Hobbs smelled of alcohol and his speech was slurred.

He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
