LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man after he allegedly pointed a rifle at innocent bystanders and declared that there would be "a war with the neighbors."

Police say they were called to a residence on Hazelwood Ave., near Bluegrass Ave., on Monday, March 10, just after 4 p.m., after reports of a domestic dispute.

When officers arrived, neighbors of 52-year-old Michael K. Parrish allegedly told police that Parrish stepped out on his front porch and began shouting at them. They also allegedly accused Parrish of pointing a rifle at them, cocking it and telling them that he would kill them and there would be a war with the neighbors.

Police arrested Parrish and charged him with two counts of first degree wanton endangerment.
