Kentucky Humane Society holding a "Kitten Shower" on March 15

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It's kitten season and the Kentucky Humane Society needs YOUR help in order to care for all the tiny kittens headed our way. They are holding a "kitten shower" to help gather these much-needed items.

Spokeswoman Andrea Blair says the shower is being held Saturday, March 15 (noon - 2 p.m.) at the KHS Main Campus at 241 Steedly Drive in south Louisville. They're asking the public to bring donations, enjoy the shower, some refreshments and visit adoptable pets! For more information, CLICK HERE.

The Kentucky Humane Society has a great need for the following kitten supplies:

KMR (kitten milk replacer) cans & powder

Kitten bottle/nipple sets

Heating pads or heating disc & covers

Unscented baby wipes

Small blankets/bedding

Clay litter

Cans of soft pate kitten food

Small stuffed toys

Gauze pads/cotton balls

Gram scales

Small litter boxes

Feeders Supply gift cards
