LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There has been another setback for the parents of missing IU student Lauren Spierer: A judge denied the Spierers' request to seal some evidence in their lawsuit against Corey Rossman and Jason Rosenbaum, the two men who were among the last people to see their daughter alive.
The Spierers claim the men failed to keep their daughter safe after a night of drinking.
They feel some of the evidence in the suit is sensitive and needs to be sealed, but a judge said their request was too broad.
Spierer disappeared in June 2011 after a night of partying with friends in Bloomington.
