LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A court hearing Wednesday morning addressed a number of ethics concerns in the Jessica Dishon murder case.

Dishon's uncle, Stanley Dishon, is charged in her death.

The Bullitt County Commonwealth's Attorney's office says Dishon's lawyers offered legal help to two prosecution witnesses. The defense claims prosecutors and detectives are trying to limit their access to witnesses -- even ordering some of them not to talk.

Both sides denied any wrongdoing and the judge found no unethical conduct, telling both sides not to interfere with witness interviews.
